Ask the trade deskDo I need certification to buy refrigerant?
Yes. A valid EPA Section 608 certification (Type I, II, III or Universal) is required for HFC and HFO cylinders, or Section 609 for mobile A/C refrigerants. We verify before release — you can order first and confirm during checkout.
How fast does an order ship?
Orders dispatch within one business day. Refrigerant moves on ground freight only, typically 2–5 business days in transit. Every order gets a tracking number and signature-required delivery.
Is freight really free?
Yes. Hazmat-compliant ground freight is included on every order — no minimum spend, no fuel surcharge and no hazmat fee added at checkout.
Can I get volume pricing?
Tier pricing applies automatically from 4 cylinders upward, up to 14% off at pallet quantities. Trade accounts add net-30 terms and standing monthly orders.
What if a cylinder arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours and we replace it at our cost, including return freight. Unopened cylinders with intact tamper seals can be returned within 30 days.
