Returns & refunds

Unopened cylinders in their original packaging, with the factory seal and tamper ring intact, can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start the return by contacting us for a return authorisation number — shipments sent back without one cannot be accepted by our hazmat receiving dock.

For safety and legal reasons the following are non-returnable.

• Any cylinder that has been connected, cracked open or partially discharged.
• Cylinders with a broken seal, missing valve cap or removed hazard labelling.
• Product ordered to a non-standard specification or sourced specially for you.
• Cylinders that have been stored outside their stated temperature range or show corrosion or impact damage caused after delivery.

Returns of dangerous goods must travel on a compliant hazmat waybill. We issue the return label and paperwork — never send a cylinder back on a standard parcel service.

Return freight is free where the product was damaged, short-filled, contaminated or wrongly supplied. For change-of-mind returns, return freight plus a 15% restocking fee is deducted from the refund to cover hazmat handling.

Report damage, leaks or a short fill within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the cylinder, the label and the packaging. We ship a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the affected cylinder — you are not left waiting on a carrier claim.

If we pick the wrong refrigerant, valve fitting or fill weight, tell us and we will dispatch the correct item within one business day and collect the incorrect one at our cost. No restocking fee applies.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned cylinder passing inspection at our warehouse. Bank posting times add a further 3–5 business days.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount including any tax is refunded and nothing is deducted.

Disposable cylinders must be recovered to 0 psig and disposed of through a licensed scrap or reclamation route — they are not returnable to us. Refillable cylinders remain your property unless they were supplied on an exchange basis, in which case exchange terms are stated on the invoice.
