Terms of service

Our products are sold for professional use only. You must be at least 18 years old and, where the product requires it, hold current EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification or purchase on behalf of a certified organisation.

We may refuse or cancel any order where certification cannot be verified, where the destination state restricts the product, or where we reasonably suspect resale to uncertified end users.

Adding items to your cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may cancel and refund in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Trade accounts with valid resale certificates on file are billed net of tax.

We correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a listed price was obviously wrong, we will contact you with the correct price before charging you.

Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Delivery requires a signature from an adult at the premises.

Delivery windows are estimates. Hazmat freight is subject to carrier capacity and weather, and we are not liable for losses caused by carrier delay.

You are responsible for confirming that a refrigerant is suitable for your equipment, for using the correct recovery and charging procedures, and for complying with venting prohibitions under the Clean Air Act.

Cylinders must be stored, transported and disposed of in accordance with the safety information supplied with the product and the applicable safety data sheet.

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty as to purity and fill weight. We will replace any cylinder that is short-filled, contaminated or delivered damaged, provided you report it within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

No other warranty, express or implied, is given beyond what cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, equipment damage caused by incorrect application, or downtime.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any statutory rights you may have where you live.
