US orders: a valid EPA Section 608 Technician Certification (Type I, II, III or Universal) is required for all HFC and HFO refrigerants. If you don't hold one, a purchase disclaimer form is emailed with your order confirmation and must be returned before dispatch.

Mobile A/C refrigerants (R-134a, R-1234yf) require EPA Section 609 certification. Company certificates are accepted for trade accounts.

California and New York have additional restrictions on specific high-GWP lines — contact us before ordering R-404A or R-507A into those states.

All cylinders ship as dangerous goods. UN1078 (refrigerant gas n.o.s.) covers most HFC and HFO blends; UN1011 covers R-290 as butane/propane hydrocarbon.

Ground freight only — refrigerant cylinders cannot travel by air passenger service. Domestic ground transit is typically 2–5 business days.

Each shipment carries the correct placarding, orientation labelling and emergency response information. Signature on delivery is mandatory.

Store upright in a cool, dry, ventilated space below 50 °C, away from heat sources and oxidising agents.

Never heat a cylinder with an open flame and never fill above 80% liquid capacity. Verify the valve fitting matches your machine before connecting.

Refillable customer-owned cylinders must be within hydrostatic test date. Disposable cylinders must be recovered to 0 psig before disposal.

An SDS is available for every line we stock, issued by the manufacturer and covering GHS classification, first aid, firefighting measures and transport data.
